MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounts to Balance Sheet
- Reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts:
*Petty cash control accounts
- Prepare and process monthly journal entries for all accruals, provisions, and other financial transactions as needed.
- Manage and operate a SAGE One accounting and payroll system
- Management of Asset Register
- Prepares payroll for staff
- Debtors Management
- Prepare VAT Returns calculations
- Assistance with financial year end.
- Assistance with any other task that may be necessary from time to time.
